Hello again everyone,
Just another quick update to let you know that the last half of the orders have now been processed and will soon be arriving at the post office!
I'm so relieved that it's now finally all done, and I'm so excited to begin working on new projects. Thank you so much for all of your support on this, and for a lot of you, past projects as well. It's so nice being able to see familiar names again and again when I'm packing your orders! It puts a smile on my face to say the least.
Your support means the world to me, as well your patience. This campaign had a lot of unexpected delays but I felt nothing but love and kindness from you all which always gives me the inspiration to keep on creating.
I hope that you all love your pins and ita bags as much as I loved creating the concepts for them.
As always, please feel to reach out to me if you have any questions. The best way to contact me is through a kickstarter message. Creators don't always get notified for comments on their projects and sometimes, emails can get lost in my junk folder.

Shipping Update

Hey everyone, just another quick update to let you know that shipping is around 50% complete. I know that this has been taking a while but I'm dedicating a lot of my free time to try and get this done as soon as possible! I caught the big C so that slowed things down for a little while, but I'm up and running again and I've been getting a lot of the complicated orders out of the way so that the rest will be very quick and smooth sailing. Thank you again for remaining patient and kind.

Hey everyone, just another update to let you all know that shipping has started, and should be all sent out within the next few weeks.
Thanks for being understanding and patient, it's just me getting through all these shipments on my own, and I'm doing my best to get it done as timely as possible.
Regarding tracking updates, as soon as your item has been received by the post office you'll get an email from Australia Post with a link to your tracking. Please keep in mind that once the package leaves Australia (if you're overseas) the tracking usually takes a while to update again until once it's in your country.

Backerkit Issue with Payment outside of Kickstarter

Hey all!
It's come to my attention that some of you who have paid outside of Kickstarter (Either through Paypal or my website) are encountering an issue where you're being told you still have an amount due to pay.
I'll have to update this manually through backerkit so that you can stop being given this prompt. Would anyone who paid for their order outside of Kickstarter or the pre-order shop please send me a message so that I can get on top of this for you?
I've also noticed that some people still have incomplete addresses or have not fulfilled the survey yet. Please get around to completing these properly so that you can be sent your rewards! If you're having any issues with this please let me know.

Hey all, just letting you know that I'll be sending out a reminder to update your address. You'll be able to make changes for the next 48 hours as I'm going to begin shipment very soon. This is done through backerkit, and if you need to update your address you should be able to do so through the email that has been sent to you. If you have any questions about this, please let me know.
I'll also be closing the pre-order shop within the next few days, so if you have any more items you'd like to pledge for, please do so as soon as you can.
